How Aries handles your data.

The policy below covers the Aries marketing site and the Aries iPhone app.

Effective date: 7 August 2026

Website forms

The signup form collects your email address, your 18+ confirmation, consent to receive Aries updates, the consent version, the page you used, and optional campaign or referral details. If you choose a character, the form also sends that character's slug.

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, message, the page you used, and a short identifier that prevents duplicate submissions. Both forms send data securely to Aries, where it is checked, stored, and protected from abuse.

Aries uses these details to manage signups, respond to your message, protect the forms from abuse, and understand which page led to a request. For abuse prevention, Aries also stores a one-way hash made from the request's IP address and browser details. Neither form requires a website account.

The iPhone app

Aries stores account details, conversations, preferences, plans, dates, places, photographs, memories, and corrections so your girlfriend can remember them. You can review, correct, export, or delete saved details.

Aries asks for location when a date or place feature needs it. You control that permission and can change it. Aries also gives you settings for notifications, messages and calls from your girlfriend, memory, export, and deletion.

Outside AI providers

Aries sends model requests through OpenRouter with routing limited to Zero Data Retention endpoints. OpenRouter defines ZDR as an endpoint where the provider stores no request data and therefore cannot train on it. OpenRouter's data-collection documentation says prompt and response storage is opt-in, while request metadata such as token counts and latency is stored. It also describes anonymous categorization of a small sample of prompts through a ZDR model. Plugins and tools have separate policies.

Aries stores relationship memories so your girlfriend can remember you. This app storage is separate from the message OpenRouter sends to an AI model provider.

Other services

The website does not currently use a third-party analytics script. Aries processes form submissions to manage signups, respond to messages, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use website forms to request precise location, conversation content, photographs, or health information. Do not include sensitive details in a contact message unless the team asks for them through an appropriate channel.

Your controls

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@ariesai.love. App users can also manage saved relationship data through the in-app controls.

Aries retains website submissions only as long as needed to manage a signup or contact request, protect the service, and meet security or legal obligations.

Privacy requests

Email privacy@ariesai.love with the request and enough context to help us find the relevant submission or account. Aries asks for information that verifies the request belongs to you. Aries does not ask for your password by email.
